
The Pierce Township Public Works Department is committed to providing quality maintenance services to township roadways, storm drainage systems, public park areas and Township cemeteries to ensure public safety and enhanced quality of life for the community.
The Public Works Department maintains over 55 miles of township roads with a six person work crew. The Department works to ensure all township roads are clear of snow, ice, fallen debris and potholes on a year round 24/7 basis.
Grounds maintenance, structural earthwork, plot burials and foundations in the cemetery are also provided by the Public Works Department as they work for township residents in maintaining an aesthetically pleasing public area.
